Much of Josh's recent work is focused around sexuality, eroticism and the male form. Watercolor and colored pencil are used often in conjunction with tin foil or other mixed media collage. The sensuality of the model is expressed in tone and shading of transparent mediums overlaid with the contrasting opaque and reflective foil. Each boy is meant to be visibly queer; through expression, piercings or otherwise, this art is intended to yell, "Gay!"
